Objectives

The broad objectives of the Ph.D. Programme are as follows:

The Ph.D. Programme is targeted at research scholars, members of teaching faculty in Institutes of higher learning and Universities, Professionals from Private, Public and Government Sectors.

• The main objective of the Ph.D. Programme is to provide facilities for higher studies and advanced research in International Business.
• To encourage and facilitate research on contemporary issues in the field of International Business, by providing the necessary support to the senior faculty and thereby creating a ‘research’ culture at the Institute.
• To encourage publication of Research Papers in academic journals, Occasional Papers and Monographs, Books and other publications.
• To assist and guide the MBA (IB) and EMIB students in their research work.
